Wynwood Art Garden is available for filming as well as photo shoots. Built in 1959 our building has
retained its original charm with its genuine 1950s facade and mosaic staircase. Elegant, understated,

SPACE: Total 13,000 square feet, including garden, 2 lounges, 3 showrooms on
two levels, and a large lobby
REQUESTS:
All filming and photography requests must submit a Letter of Intent at least 4
weeks before filming.

We reserve the right to decline or approve any scene filmed at our facilities.
The Letter of Intent must include:
- A synopsis of the film/commercial/TV show/photo shoot.
- A breakdown of shoot specifics including times, requested areas, and
equipment to be used.
- For commercial photography information on the product, client, and storyboard
are required.
- For film and television script pages or storyboard of the scene to be shot
are required.
- Any other requests must be listed in the letter of intent.
